Appearance: Abnormally tall, 213cm or 7', and very thin weighing only 63kg or about 147lbs. He still had his trademark longish black hair with the white burst in front and the same sunken, often called creepy, facial features.
History:
Chinen was always a strange child. From a very young age he enjoyed doing experiments on things and spent little time on social interactions. He could be found mostly locked up in his basement with small animals that he would torture just to see how far he could go before they broke. He also had a strange obsession with the fuzz on tennis balls and would pluck it to perform tests on it. The experiments varied from testing the acidity to seeing how the different material would affect the bounciness of a ball. In addition to all that he knew how to make his own acid and would use that on his unfortunate test animals.

He also had many strange quirks. From when he was able to wash his hair on his own he would do so five times everyday, this later lead to more compulsive tendencies. He also would only eat and drink certain tea and cookies, not much of anything else. Only later after he had passed the age of thirteen did he start to eat meat and other such foods. Because of that he grew up to be quite lanky.

When he turned eight his father was murdered, right in front of his eyes. It traumatized him and gave him an insatiable desire for revenge. It also fueled his inability to trust others, which at this point was getting to be strong.

Some years later he found the man who killed his father and using his Bujutsu skills carried out aforementioned revenge. That did not satisfy him. He needed more. Lucky for the young murderer, the man was a part of a criminal organization.
What he believed to be the spirit of his father urged him on to eliminate the others. Eliminate he did and miraculously was never caught. The only one to know anything was his grandfather, whom he told everything to. No matter how wrong and immoral.
He was the one of the only ones to ever truly earn Hiroshi’s trust. And said trust was rightly placed. His grandfather never told a soul.

At the young age of eighteen he had gotten rid of a whole organization with his own hands. All nine of the men involved were dead. He had begun to feel satisfied. But he didn’t stop there. After all, nine isn’t an even number. He began a downward spiral after that; he was diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder and paranoid personality disorder. This came about from his father’s death, after he wasn’t able to trust any one except his grandfather and mother. His kind mother. Her being one of the only people Chinen ever received love from. When she witnessed the last and tenth killing by her son she gave up on him and threw him into an asylum, thinking it would do her precious son some good and keep him out of jail.
